Dr Sapunar specializes and natural hormone replacement for women, including testosterone if needed. ​ He specializes in TRT and support for low testosterone.

Dr. Sapunar has been in healthcare for over 30 years and has been a Naturopathic Physician for over 20 years. It is this combination of allopathic experience and naturopathic philosophy that he uses to fill the gap in healthcare today. Dr. Sapunar has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He completed 4 years of medical school at Bastyr University, and a 2 year internship at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health. He completed a 1 year optional, yet highly coveted residency. He has lectured in the community and has taught classes at Bastyr and Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine. He taught Anatomy and Physiology at Green River College over 20 years. Dr. Sapunar has been married for 28 years and has 3 children. He specializes in natural family medicine.​
